The staff were friendly and the position was GREAT. Make sure you stay in the superior queen room with the view of the pool. It's feet from Collage Charladero, good for a little drink.

We would definitely recommend it to those visiting Cartagena. Collage Charladero, set within 10 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. We appreciated casa pombo.
